New to Grow
Welcome! I am a dedicated mental health professional committed to supporting people aged 13+ on their journey toward well-being. I provide a compassionate and understanding space where clients can explore challenges, develop valuable coping skills, and build confidence to thrive. My goal is to empower each person to cultivate lasting emotional health and resilience. I enjoy using humor and hobbies to build rapport.
I believe in building strong rapport and identifying a direction for treatment before specific goals are established. Hopefully, our first session is welcoming and fun and the beginning to productive experience.
I like to think of myself as a listener that offers reflection and new perspectives. I enjoy conversation and meeting new people and try to bring that enthusiasm to our sessions.
My practice is rooted in meeting each person where they are, providing individualized support. I foster connections through identifying shared interests and utilizing gentle humor to build rapport. My communication style is intentionally neutral and easy to approach, ensuring clarity and comfort. I am best positioned to serve young people aged 8-26 who are experiencing intense emotions, struggling to cope with overwhelming situations, or finding it challenging to navigate their relationships. My clients often feel stuck, overwhelmed, or are seeking practical tools to manage stress, anxiety, or sadness more effectively. I thrive with individuals who are motivated to learn new skills, are open to actively participating in their growth journey, and are ready to build a life where they feel more in control, understand themselves better, and connect authentically with others. If you’re seeking concrete strategies to improve your emotional well-being and build a more fulfilling future, you’ll find a supportive home with me.
I identify as
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is useful for changing negative thought patterns. It is interesting how changing how we think about situations can improve them. We also need to challenge our own internal logic.
Dialectical Behavior (DBT)
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a type of therapy that helps you learn practical, real-life skills to manage big feelings, navigate tough moments, and build stronger relationships. Through DBT, you’ll discover tools for mindfulness, how to cope with distress, ways to understand and shift your emotions, and how to communicate effectively with others.
