I specialize in working with high-functioning adults who appear “fine” on the outside but feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck underneath. Many of my clients are successful, self-aware, and driven - but struggle with burnout, relationship patterns, or a constant sense of pressure they can’t turn off. I’m a more direct and engaged therapist than traditional talk therapy. I don’t just listen, I help you identify the deeper patterns driving your anxiety and work with you to actually change them.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

The first session is a chance for us to slow things down and get oriented together. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and more clear about how therapy with me can support you. We’ll review what’s bringing you to therapy, your history, and what you’d like to work toward goal wise. I’ll explain how I work, answer any questions you have, and begin to collaboratively shape a plan that fits your needs. Above all, the focus is on building trust and making sure the space feels right for you.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

If you’re looking for therapy that goes beyond surface-level support and helps you truly understand yourself, we may be a good fit. My clients often share that what stands out in my approach is that they feel genuinely understood and motivated to make changes. My approach blends insight, compassion, and practical tools to help you move beyond awareness alone and into meaningful, lasting change. I bring my authentic self to every session, valuing honesty, and always offer my feedback with care.
