Hello, I am a neurodivergent human who enjoys reading, gardening, drinking coffee, binge-watching TV, listening to music, and drinking coffee/tea. One of my favorite hobbies is collecting hobbies! I love cats and dogs but am allergic to both--feel free to let your pets interrupt sessions! Early mornings are my least favorite part of the day so I avoid scheduling responsibilities before 10AM.
First sessions are usually very structured due to intake documentation. I try to start sessions with a brief introduction and address questions and concerns before diving into intake questions.
I am very flexible and adjust sessions to the needs of my clients. I am also calm in stressful situations and am non-judgmental.

I have over 7 years of experience in utilizing CBT interventions both online and in person. DBT treatment can be pure-DBT (usually using workbooks or structured treatment) or interventions tailored for individual needs.
Clients who thrive on structure prefer workbooks or structured treatment modules but ACT interventions are also helpful outside of structured treatment modules,
I have multiple years of pre-licensed and over 5 years of licensed experience with using person-centered therapy. My practice is person-centered.
I provide psychoeducation about every theory and intervention utilize as well as diagnosis and symptoms.
I utilize client strengths and work with clients on identifying hobbies, interests and everyday habits that can be utilized in therapy.
