Hello, first let me say how proud of yourself you should be to start your healing journey, it takes strength and bravery. Second let me say " I am so excited to meet and work with you." I'm a Licensed mental health counselor (LMH) based in MA . I received my Master's from the Cambridge University in MA and have been practicing for 17 years. I work to support clients in their healing journey with such areas and struggles as depression, anxiety, PTSD, addiction, mood disorders, domestic violence and family conflicts (individual work) I feel some of my greatest strengths are being able to meet clients where they are at and providing them with the tools and support they need to work towards their goals and healing, using modalities that fit the client needs I use a Holistic approach, strength-based meeting with clients where they are at, and respecting each client as a unique person
First you are uniquely you so there’s no one size fits all in therapy I respect you as a individual that’s what makes us all special and diverse so In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. This plan will be client-centered, uniquely created together. we will create intake paperwork and gather some background information
As a licensed mental health counselor, I'm all about creating a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients . What's stood out for me is how often clients surprise themselves with their own resilience . I work with complex issues like trauma, addiction, and family dynamics, and I'm big on empowering clients to tap into their strengths. I often blend traditional therapies with more holistic approaches – think mindfulness, self-compassion, and emotional regulation . My goal isn't to "fix" people but to help them develop tools to navigate life's challenges. Clients often tell me they appreciate my empathy and ability to meet them where they're at 🤗. Want to know more about my approach or what it might look like to work together?
Growing up in a working class community taught me how heavy life can feel when stress, trauma, or limited resources make it hard to find support. Many people I work with are carrying anxiety, depression, addiction struggles, or the impact of domestic violence while trying to hold their lives together. Adults and teens often come to therapy wanting relief, stability, and a place where they feel understood without judgment. My goal is to provide a space where people from everyday communities can feel seen, supported, and empowered to rebuild confidence, healthier coping skills, and a stronger sense of direction. My approach; humanistic and holistic, shaped by compassion, real conversation, and practical tools. Sessions focus on understanding your experiences and building strategies that support healing from trauma, addiction, anxiety, and life stress. I enjoy working with diverse communities, including BIPOC Starting therapy can feel uncertain, but you don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. If you’re ready for a supportive space to work through anxiety, trauma, addiction, or life stress, you can schedule directly through my website. Taking that first step can open the door to healing, stability, and a stronger path forward.
