Welcome! My name is Elisha and I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist and clinical alcohol and drug counselor with over 6 years of experience. In our sessions, we'll slow things down, identify the patterns that are keeping you stuck, and begin creating new ways of responding to your relationships, environment, and/or emotions so that you can feel more connected, stable, and in control of your life.
