Hello, I’m Naomi, and I’m really glad you found your way here. I’m a licensed mental health clinician providing therapy to adolescents, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, self-esteem challenges, and life transitions. Many of the people I support feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or stuck while trying to manage daily life. I offer a warm, supportive, non-judgmental space where you can slow down, feel heard, and begin meaningful change at your own pace. My first goal is to ensure we’re the right fit. Therapy can be challenging, and it’s important that you feel supported by the right person for you.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Your first session isn’t about having everything figured out—it’s about simply showing up as you are. We’ll take time to get to know what’s been going on, what’s feeling heavy, and what brought you to therapy. Together, we’ll begin exploring things in a supportive, judgment-free space and start shaping a path forward at a pace that feels right for you.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

What sets my approach apart is the balance of warmth, clarity, and practical support I bring to therapy. I meet clients where they are while helping them move forward in a steady, manageable way. Together, we focus on building meaningful insight and effective tools that foster greater grounding, confidence, and lasting change in everyday life.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I often work with clients who are used to holding a lot together on the outside while feeling overwhelmed internally. You may struggle with anxious thoughts, emotional overwhelm, or the impact of past experiences and life changes. Together, we focus on understanding these patterns and building practical tools to help you feel more grounded and confident. My work integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, narrative therapy, and grief-informed care to help you better understand your thoughts, process experiences, and develop healthier coping strategies that support lasting change.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together we identify patterns, build stronger coping skills, and create healthier ways of responding to life’s challenges.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

I incorporate mindfulness to help clients slow down and become more aware of their thoughts, emotions, and physical responses in the present moment. This practice can reduce stress, improve emotional regulation, and create space to respond to challenges with greater clarity and calm.

Narrative

Narrative therapy helps you explore the stories you hold about yourself and your experiences. Together, we work to understand how those stories may shape your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, while creating space to rewrite narratives that support growth, resilience, and a stronger sense of self.

Grief Therapy

Grief can look different for everyone. In our work together, I provide a compassionate space to process loss at your own pace. We focus on honoring your experiences, understanding the impact of grief, and finding ways to move forward while still holding space for what matters to you.
