(she/her)
Welcome! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Georgia. I provide telehealth services to individuals navigating anxiety, stress, and life transitions. I strive to create a warm, supportive space where you can feel comfortable being yourself while building practical coping skills and working toward meaningful, lasting change. If you’re ready to feel more supported and take steps toward meaningful change, I’d be honored to work with you!
Our first session is a chance for you to share your story and what’s been weighing on you. We’ll talk about your goals and begin creating a plan together in a space where you feel heard, supported, and comfortable.
I create a warm, compassionate environment where you can feel safe to be yourself. I focus on helping you build practical skills so you can feel more confident, balanced, and supported in your day to day life.
I work well with individuals, students, young adults, and families who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck and are looking for support in navigating life transitions, school or work stress, or relationship challenges. Many of my clients want to build healthier coping skills, improve communication, and feel more confident managing their emotions. My approach is grounded in CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing. I help clients understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while developing tools to manage anxiety, reduce stress, improve emotional regulation, and strengthen relationships. Therapy is collaborative, goal-oriented, and tailored to each client’s needs.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use CBT to help you understand how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected. Together, we identify unhelpful patterns and develop practical coping strategies to reduce anxiety, manage stress, and create more balanced ways of thinking.
Dialectical Behavior (DBT)
I incorporate DBT skills to help you manage intense emotions, cope with stress, and improve relationships. This includes building skills in mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and communication so you can respond to challenges more effectively.
Motivational Interviewing
I use Motivational Interviewing to support you in exploring your goals and strengthening your motivation for change. This approach helps you work through uncertainty, build confidence, and take meaningful steps forward at your own pace.
