I am licensed in Texas with over 12 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, anger management, & depression. Seeing a therapist does not mean that something is wrong with you. I am here to help you gain a better sense of yourself and maintain a healthy, balanced lifestyle. I will tailor our sessions and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. I use a warm and inviting approach that allows my clients to feel heard, safe and understood. I enjoy creating a comfortable environment for each client to open up at their own pace and comfort level. You have taken the biggest step by reaching out, let's work together to keep you moving FORWARD!
Clients can expect to see my personality and a chance to get to know about me before making the decision to move forward. I pride myself on creating a safe environment where clients can be themselves and go at a pace that works for them.
My biggest strengths are providing a comfortable, safe space where clients will not be judged or alone. Many of my clients have shared that they experience great comfort and a secure connection which leads to a healthy and satisfactory therapeutic relationship.
I am best positioned to serve adults, men and women who are navigating high levels of stress, anxiety, and life transitions. Many of my clients are high-functioning on the outside but internally struggle with overthinking, emotional overwhelm, and difficulty slowing down. I have a passion for working with adolescence who struggle with setting healthy boundaries, self esteem and balancing sports, social life and family. I work well with individuals who are dealing with anxiety, burnout, people-pleasing patterns, and challenges with boundaries. I also support clients processing past relational or traumatic experiences that continue to impact their present functioning and sense of safety. My ideal clients are those who are open to self-reflection and ready to do deeper work, even if they don’t yet have all the language for what they’re experiencing. They are often seeking balance, emotional clarity, and practical tools to manage their thoughts and responses more effectively. In our work together, I focus on helping clients feel more grounded, develop healthier coping strategies, and build a stronger, more secure sense of self.
I identify as
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
"I support clients in restoring self-esteem and confidence, while providing evidence-based tools to enhance self-concept, productivity, and address self-limiting beliefs."
Strength-Based
I support clients in identifying and focusing on their strengths to enhance overall emotional well-being. Working collaboratively, we build upon these strengths rather than emphasizing weaknesses, fostering the development of their best selves.
Supportive
I take pride in creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, validated, and comfortable sharing personal and sensitive experiences.

She is very direct with issues that stand out, but goes about it in a very warm and polite way. She is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Its been over a year since I last had a session and she still remembered where we left off. Which leads me to believe not only does she genuinely care about her clients but is also very organized in her notes and information to still know where we left off.
