I am a clinician that listens intently to clients to help them better understand their experiences. Therapy is an exploration of the self, habits, behaviors, thoughts but it can also be an enjoyable experience where you gain more insight and awareness plus validation of how insane life can be. I love to help clients find their way to whatever their version of happy life looks like!
During the first session I just mostly listen, get to know you generally, and you talk about whatever has been coming up in your life or things you've needed to get off your chest for a long time.
My strengths as a provider is that I'm very understanding, non-judgemental, calming, humorous (when appropriate), knowledgeable about a lot of clinical things and life experiences. I connect well with my clients and make them feel seen and that at least one person on this planet gets them.
I work with mostly individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, ADHD, low energy, high stress, family and relationship conflict, issues at work, issues involving sex, needing to gain more self awareness, women's issues, wanting to explore their childhoods and make sense of their experience as children, transitioning to a new location and those around them who refuse to get help themselves.
