Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based out of Arizona. I received both my Bachelors & Masters from the University of Missouri. I have been practicing in the field of Social Work for over 15 years. I am passionate about assisting individuals and couples struggling with career/school/relationships/transitions/life stressors and struggles, to become the best versions of themselves!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. We will review your initial assessment and set goals towards your treatment plan. We will establish a schedule that fits your daily routine, and provides extra value to your life!

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having worked with individuals and couples for the past 15 years, I've developed a system approach for helping you (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that will lead you towards your goals and increase your own progress.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I love working with individuals and couples who are ready to put in the work. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious about where they are in life, and need assistance finding their path.
