Hi, I am Julie with over 20 years experience as a clinician. Are you struggling to keep up with your relationships, work, and life. Is it hard to be kind to yourself? Together we can work on getting your life back in balance. Together we can help you develop a stronger relationship with yourself and help to lead a more joyful mindful life. I help individuals who might be high achievers, having adjustment to illness, caregivers and others manage anxiety and avoid burnout. Seeking therapy can be scary, but if you feel alone with your negative thoughts, it may help to talk with someone. We can assess what habits have worked for you and haven’t. Emphasis will be placed on identifying and enhancing your strengths.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our initial session together we will start with brief introductions then dive into the challenges you are dealing facing. Together we will create a plan of care to work through in follow up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My biggest strength is being passionate that we all deserve to feel good about ourselves . Self care and compassion. The importance of knowing we can problem solve to create a better quality of life for ourselves. We can learn and embrace coping skills that will help us deal with the challenges we face.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.
