Hi! Since 2010 I have been a trusted partner for my clients in order to help them achieve healthy and balanced personal lives and relationships. As a licensed small business, I’m deeply committed to being there even you need me most – helping you explore, heal, and move forward into a happy and healthy mindset. My clients constantly acknowledge and appreciate my warm, caring, and nonjudgmental described as calming when assisting them in developing effective coping skills and overcoming personal barriers.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, will be introductions, if needed a deep breathing exercise, and when ready dive in what is bothering you.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I feel my greatest strengths as a provider is my down to earth personality which is appreciated by all those I have worked with, ability to listen/be present, non-judge mental approach, quick wit, and ability to work with others across the board.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I love working with young adults, adults, and seniors with mild to moderate of undesired behaviors. I espically lobe working with couples (heterosexual/same sex couples).

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) in a structured way, attending a limited number of sessions. CBT helps you become aware of inaccurate or negative thinking so you can view challenging situations more clearly and respond to them in a more effective way. CBT is a very helpful tool — either alone or in combination with other therapies — in treating mental health disorders, such as depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) or an eating disorder. CBT can be an effective tool to help anyone learn how to better manage stressful life situations.

Gottman method

I am level 2 trained in Gottman. I typically utilize this method in working with couples when working on lobe maps, conflict resolution, increasing effective communication, etc.

Trauma-Focused CBT

Focusing on one's trauma related behaviors/symptoms in response to their traumatic experience.
