Hi! I am an independent licensed clinical therapist in Michigan. If you are someone who wants to move away from poor choices and constant negative thinking, then I can make a difference for you. I help people who feel emotionally stuck or powerless, especially in personal relationships. I help clients to rediscover their purpose or to identify a different life purpose.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In a first session, we will discuss the immediate issue that prompted a client to see services. I ask specific questions concerning family relationships and any patterns that have persisted over a period of time. I ask the client what goals they want to prioritize and from there, we mutually engage in therapy interventions where I explain the rationale for addressing and changing problematic issues that brought them to therapy.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Feedback from therapy clients consistently cite improvement in using skills that minimize emotional or behavioral events that cause stress and anxiety. Clients have expressed gratitude at my efficiency in quickly identifying the connections of all behaviors and persons in a conflict and allowing the client to reflect on what an improved experience will look like.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I enjoy working with adults who want to decrease social anxiety, relationship conflicts, family issues, and overall health. My clients often report communication conflicts in these areas, and they learn to use more effective communication, increase positive thinking, and practice better self-care.
