What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start off with introductions, your questions, and/or concerns. Afterwards we will dive into the specific challenges you're facing. I will go over my therapeutic style and approach so we can establish a strong therapeutic foundation. We then will created a personal plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. You can expect empathy, reflective listening, and meeting you where you are.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I've used Cognitive Behavior Therapy in my practice for the past 15 years. I have used CBT to help my clients recognize unhealthy behavioral patterns and has helped them replace unhealthy thoughts with healthier thoughts. CBT strategies has helped my clients to become more aware of their strengths which has lead to becoming better problem solvers and more confidence in their own abilities.
