During our first session we will spend time gathering your intent for therapy and some background. Christian Counseling
I have more than 6 years experience in supporting clients interested in treatment aligned with their faith.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I have more than 6 years experience in supporting clients reframe their perspective to gain emotional regulation, reduce anxiety, and improve relational interactions.
Couples Counseling
I have more than 6 years experience in supporting dating, pre-marital, and marital clients use effective communication and build relationship enrichment to navigate disagreements and life changes. Using Gottman method couples I have found it fits 99% of all communication and relationship enrichment needs.
EMDR
I am an Evergreen certified EMDR Clinician with one year experience and 6 years experience in trauma re-processing. EMDR is customized to your needs and I will move at your pace.
Grief Therapy
I have 6 years experience using grief therapy for sudden loss, anticipated loss, and prolonged grief. Loss can show up in many different areas of life and can be a very delicate and patient process.
