First session
Clients can expect me to take the time to understand who they are, what brought them to therapy, and what they hope to change. My goal is for each session to provide both insight and something practical you can take with you to enact change.
Strengths
My greatest strengths as a therapist are my ability to understand who you are as an individual, think creatively, and approach challenges with curiosity and strong problem-solving skills. I bring genuine passion to my work and adapt my approach to find what works best for you.
Ideal clients
I specialize in working with adults in demanding careers or life circumstances who are navigating chronic stress, burnout, anxiety, perfectionism and are feeling lost or trapped. I also have experience supporting members of the military community, having proudly served in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve for six years. I also work well with young adults, who are struggling to find stability and purpose.
