I believe that one’s healing and growth begins with focusing on the self as priority in order to live mindfully and with intention. When one begins to heal themselves and live intentionally, he or she begins to function better in all areas of his or her life. I use various clinical modalities such as: Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to help individuals build a toolbox and begin to feel more confident in balancing life’s obstacles. I focus on helping individuals become aware of, and recognize negative thinking patterns in order to reframe them.

I do enjoy laughing, sarcasm, and creating a comfortable, casual, light atmosphere for my clients. My corgi, Sadie, accompanies me in my in-person sessions and provides light energy, emotional support, and definitely laughs with her occasional zoomies!
