My biggest strength is my ability to listen, empathize, and build rapport and hope in my clients' lives. I have more than 12 years of experience with various clients who have dealt with trauma, depression, anxiety, and grief. I also have extensive experience with neuro-divergent clients, such as those diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder

As a therapist, I am dedicated to providing you with the best possible therapy. I have gained knowledge and experience from several therapeutic modalities, and I consistently update my skills and interventions to offer you the most effective treatment. My approach involves a combination of techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Insight-oriented therapy, supportive therapy, empathetic listening, Bilateral stimulation, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Motivational Interviewing, Strengths-based therapy, solution-focused therapy, and Skills Training (including mindfulness, communication, limit-setting, relaxation, self-care, etc.). I also provide relevant psychoeducation on topics like addiction, codependency, trauma, grief, and more. At the beginning of our sessions, we will set goals. We will also review various treatment options and discuss the risks and benefits of each. In addition, I will provide you with relevant information to help you make informed decisions about your treatment. My ultimate goal is to help you achieve your goals and improve your overall well-being. I understand that therapy can be a vulnerable and intimidating experience, but I want you to feel comfortable and supported throughout the process. I will create a safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, work through challenges, and grow as an individual.
