Licensed to practice in 2 states and accepts 38 insurances. Specializes in Coping Skills, Couples Counseling, Family Therapy
As a bilingual Marriage and Family Therapist, I offer a warm, culturally responsive space where clients of all ages can feel seen, heard, and supported. My approach is holistic, collaborative, and deeply person centered, grounded in the belief that healing happens through authentic connection, self-awareness, and intentional growth. For clients who desire it, I also thoughtfully integrate faith-based perspectives into the therapeutic process. Therapy with me is more than simply talking through challenges. It is an opportunity to reconnect with yourself, break free from cycles that no longer serve you, and create lasting emotional change. Together, we will explore the roots of generational patterns, navigate intrusive thoughts with compassion, and deepen your understanding of how emotions, relationships, and life experiences shape your story.
Our first session is a space for connection, comfort, and understanding. We’ll begin with introductions and the intake process, giving you the opportunity to share your story at your own pace in a supportive and judgment free environment. This conversation helps me gain insight into your experiences, relationships, and the challenges that have brought you to therapy, while also allowing us to begin identifying meaningful goals for our work together. I believe therapy is not about “fixing” you, but about helping you better understand yourself, heal from what has weighed you down, and move toward a more fulfilling and intentional life. You are the expert of your own story, and my role is to walk alongside you with compassion, curiosity, and care as we navigate your healing journey together.
One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is my ability to create a space where clients feel truly heard, understood, and supported. I believe healing is most impactful when approached collaboratively, which is why I work closely with each individual to develop a personalized treatment plan that reflects their unique experiences, needs, and goals. My approach is inclusive, trauma informed, and grounded in mindfulness, allowing clients to explore their thoughts and emotions with compassion. I strive to foster an environment where you feel safe to be authentic, empowered to grow, and encouraged to reconnect with your inner resilience. Through our work together, many clients begin to cultivate deeper self-trust, embrace their strengths, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.
I am particularly well-suited to support clients who are exploring or deconstructing religious beliefs, navigating burnout, or undergoing significant life transitions. I also work with individuals engaged in the deep, transformative work of healing from trauma. Additionally, I provide support to those who may be feeling lost, anxious, or disconnected, and who seek to make intentional, values-driven changes in their lives.

Family Therapy
Family therapy invites members of your nuclear family—and, when appropriate, stepfamily or extended family—to participate in sessions designed to improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen relationships. By involving all key members, therapy creates a collaborative space where each person’s perspective is valued, and lasting change can be fostered together.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a goal-oriented and evidence-based approach that can be beneficial for individuals facing a wide range of challenges. I often incorporate CBT to help clients identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors that contribute to emotional distress. This approach supports clients in challenging negative beliefs, reframing their thinking, and developing more adaptive, empowering ways of responding to life’s difficulties.
Couples Counseling
Couples and marital therapy focuses on the relationship between two individuals and the dynamics that shape their connection. The therapeutic process aims to break down barriers and foster a healthier relational pattern, providing a safe space for partners to explore emotions, beliefs, needs, and behaviors. Together, we work to address pressing concerns and strengthen the relationship through improved communication, empathy, and mutual understanding.
Faith based therapy
Christian counseling is integrated into individual, couples, or family therapy sessions as part of a comprehensive treatment approach, rather than offered as a standalone service. When desired, I incorporate prayer, scripture, and other faith-based practices alongside evidence-based clinical interventions to support clients in finding a healthy balance in marriage, family, and everyday life.
