During our first session we will explore your history, identify treatment goals and engage in non-traditional discussions about past history, social history, family history, history of trauma and abuse.

I am a behavioral therapist that utilizes the modality CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and DBT (Dialectic Behavioral Therapy) most commonly. I will utilize talk therapy, activities/exercises and an abundance of resources.
