Best hopes are discussed and explored during our first session. Trust and ease of comfortability will begin to be established. Ideal support goals will be created and a plan of how to accomplish these goals will be laid out. How often to engage in support and what future appointments will look like will be discussed as well.

Strengths

I specialize in helping people find their way back to their center. Life can become hard, busy, and extremely stressful. People tend to lose themselves along the way. I help people heal their story so breakthroughs and freedom are maintained when the new narrative emerges.

Ideal clients

Treatment methods

Christian Counseling

I blend Psychology techniques with principles of faith to secure opportunity for mental and emotional well being. For example, Psychology uses cognitive behavioral therapy for treatment while the bible encourages believers to take every thought captive and not allow false unhealthy thoughts dictate their emotions or behaviors. Same concept just different approaches.

I chose Amy for one because she is a Christian and for two because her about me seemed very welcoming. I have had a lot of therapy and I know what works and what doesn't and she seemed like she would work for me and my needs.

I loved the materials Miss Amy offer and suggested for me to work on with her assistance. She has open my mind and helping me discover what type of personality am I. I when evaluating my persona, I was not expecting the accurate results and how eye opening they were. This was important because it helped me understand myself and other people’s behavior. Also, I’m learning how to correct the cognitive disorder that I was not aware about and the impact it has in one’s self esteem.
