I'm a licensed therapist who believes that feeling heard and understood is an important first step toward change. I work with adolescents managing anxiety, stress, self-esteem, and the pressure of everyday life. I strive to create a welcoming nonjudgmental space where teens feel comfortable being themselves and opening up.

I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, stress, self-esteem, life transitions, and everyday challenges.

I also support adults adults navigating life's transitions, parenting challenges, changing family dynamics, and caring for aging parents. My approach is warm and collaborative, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy to help build on their strengths, develop practical coping strategies, and approach life's challenges with greater confidence.

First session

I hope clients leave their first session feeling heard, understood, and comfortable being themselves. I want them to feel a sense of relief and hope, knowing they are in a supportive space where they can be open, explore challenges, and begin working toward meaningful change.

Strengths

I bring a warm approachable, and collaborative style to sessions. I believe in creating an environment where clints feel genuinely heard and understood, while also helping them look at situations from different perspectives. I am an active listener, but I also believe in gently challenging clients when it can help them recognize patterns, build self-awareness, and move forward. My goal is to help clients feel supported while empowering them to make meaningful changes.

Ideal clients

My ideal clients are teens and adults who are experiencing life transitions, feeling stuck, or looking for support as they navigate challenges in their lives. Whether they are working through concerns, shifting their mindset, or striving toward personal goals, I enjoy helping clients gain perspective, recognize their strengths, and develop practical tools to create meaningful change. I welcome clients at all stages of their journey, whether they are looking for support, clarity, or a fresh perspective.

Treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients understand the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Together, we identify unhelpful thought patterns, explore different perspectives, and develop practice struggles to manage challenges. My goal is to help clients build self-awareness, shift their thinking, and feel more confident in how they respond to everyday situations.

Solution-Focused Brief Treatment

Using Solution Focused and some Strength Based Therapy I help clients recognize what they already have within themselves while also challenging them to think differently and take steps toward where they want to be
