In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions. You and I will review your intake form and brief assessments you completed before you came to your first session. Then, I will work with you to complete an assessment that will assist to determine your current level of functioning and specific challenges you're facing. This assessment will help you and I to develop goals and objectives for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
