Ideal clients
I am passionate about working with individuals who struggle with trauma, mood disorders, grief/loss, infertility, co-occuring disorders, personality disorders and relationship issues.

I have extensive training with the use of cognitive behavioral therapies to assist my clients in reducing symptoms of various mental health conditions

I work with my client to gain knowledge and understanding about their life concerns to empower the individual make the best informed decision about their wellness goals

Through validation and empathic processes, I foster my clients innate potential to unravel their qualities to self actualize
