welcoming environment designed to meet you where you are.
First session
Your first session begins with a conversation about what brought you to therapy. You can share current concerns, ask questions, and discuss what you hope to gain from the process. There is no expectation to explain everything immediately or talk about experiences before you feel ready.
Strengths
I meet people where they are. My approach is collaborative.
Ideal clients
Individuals and families seeking guidance through life’s most demanding moments. Whether you’re managing leadership stress, coping with caregiver fatigue, grieving a parent, or raising a child with special needs, I design my practice to meet you where you are. You decide which parts of your story you want to discuss and what feels most relevant. I welcome people from all backgrounds.
Ongoing work together
Ongoing work includes developing goals and steps to meet them. Sessions can include conversations about stress, belonging, cultural expectations, or the pressure to keep going while putting personal needs aside.
Treatment methods
Motivational Interviewing
I utilize Motivational Interviewing to help people use their strengths to motivate themselves to achieve their goals.
