I won't try to use confusing terms or make you feel like you aren't the expert of your own experience. We will work with me walking aside you. I have worked in community health and worked for crisis line in past. I have worked with clients with many different diagnosis and had success

I work well with young adults that are still figuring out life or trying therapy for first time as an adult. I work well with clients with depression, anxiety, trauma and complicated family dynamics.
