Hi! I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts I received my Masters from Springfield College and have been practicing for 10 years. I help individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, life stress, etc. who are looking for support and guidance to help navigate the difficulties related to their mental health.

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
