Strengths
My relaxed approach, coupled with my understanding of current therapeutic theories and modalities, facilitates client identification of underlying issues and the development of effective, personalized change plans.
Ideal clients
While adolescent is my second language I work with families and individuals who struggle with feelings of being overwhelmed, understanding there children or spouse, lack of motivation, everyday life issues and those who just can seemed to stop there mind from racing. I work closely with parents and I’m also a Certified Trauma Focused CBT therapist.

I have over 5 years with this modality and i incorporate it in sessions with helping children and adolescents process trauma and reduce symptoms such as anxiety.
Solution Focused Brief Treatment
I have over 8 years of experience and i use this method to assist clients identify there solutions and strengths rather than there problems or past issues.
Motivational Interviewing
I have over 8 years experience with this modality and it helps clients explore their own reasons for change rather than being told what they should do.
