I have been fortunate to help many individuals who are struggling with challenging emotional issues. My approach is eclectic combining cognitive-behavioral, relational, short solution focus therapy, and couples therapy. There's no "one size fits all" advice for dealing with emotional issues. I will approach your individual therapeutic needs by tailoring the treatment plan to meet your unique and specific individual counseling needs. I believe that my experience and therapeutic approach can be very useful with the type of challenges that you might be facing at this time.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

My goal and hope in working together is a two-fold. On the short term, I’d like to help you with your immediate crisis by helping you learn certain tools that can give you a sense of control over your environment. On the longer term, I hope that we can get to the bottom of all issues related to your individual struggles.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I am aware that you are seeking my therapeutic assistance because of the emotional challenges that you are experiencing at this moment. My main objective is to help you become the driver of your own bus. Life can be full of conflictive and challenging issues, but their detrimental effect is controlled by how we approach these issues. I will help you to find that control.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

It must be hard for you to be experiencing your current emotional conflicts. Conflicts in general have an entangle effect and it can drain you to the point of making you feel wordless and without self-control. Issues that I have worked with include but are not limited to: • Depression, stress, and anxiety • Coping with addictions • Relationship issues • Trauma and abuse • Family conflicts • Coping with grief and loss • Sleeping disorders • Parenting issues • Motivation, self-esteem, and confidence • Anger management • Career difficulties
