Thank you so much for allowing you to join this phase of your journey. I am a first-generation Bajan (Barbados)/Vincentian (Saint Vincent and Grenadines) queer clinician of color seeking to be of service. I have over 20 years direct care services, including hospice/end of life care, residential services for teens and young adults, inpatient and outpatient care. I am here to meet you where you are, and show you where and who you can be.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
Our first session will be exploration of personal priorities, sticking points and what unconditional support looks like from your perspective. From there, we will devise a treat plan that is workable, flexible and reflect of your goals and ambitions for long-term recovery.
Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.
I believe I have a deep understanding of the sacred connection between mind, body and spirit, and a talent for detecting even the finest of fissures in either or all. I work from a patient-centered, holistic approach that builds upon a person's strengths.
