Hi, I am Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), based out of California. Along with my California license I hold an active license in the state of Washington. I received my Masters degree from the California State University at Long Beach (Go Beach!) and have 6 yrs experience as a mental health therapist working primarily with adults dealing with depression, anxiety and PTSD.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
In our first session together, we will start with introductions so that we both can get to know one another, we will then begin exploring the specific reasons that have brought you into care. Form there you and I will work at developing a plan and goals that we will work on achieving in our sessions.
Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.
Having worked with individuals with depression and trauma I have been able to cultivate an understanding of the tools and skills needed to help client process their lived experiences in a way that allows them to move though life in a successful way.
