Hi, I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Michigan. I received my master degree from Grand Rapids Theological Seminary and have been practicing for 9 years. I am also a Christian counselor, with a bachelor of theology and master degree leadership ministry.

First session
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
Strengths
Having worked with adults in the mental health field for the past 9 years, I've developed skills, have taken theory (school, workshops, seminars, readings) and practical (working with diverse clients) into account, where I learn so much from my clients, colleagues, and others. I have developed a tried-and-true playbook for helping you (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a treatment plan that leads to measurable goals.
Ideal clients
I love working with adults, seeking mental health treatment. My clients are eager to improve but don't yet have all the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They may feel stuck, overwhelmed, and anxious about situation(s) in their life.
