First session
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, I will gather details of your history, then we will dive into the specific challenges you are facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
Strengths
My biggest strengths are connecting with clients and helping them heal. My approach is assisting clients in focusing on their own healing to heal trauma wounds through EMDR and heart-centered work. I teach clients how to connect with themselves and their heart, to heal deeply rooted trauma/unhealthy beliefs about self and unhealthy behaviors.
Ideal clients
I love working with persons who feel "stuck" in life. Those who are unable to see their potential, find the positive, and move forward. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious about life.
