I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel genuinely heard and understood. I focus on supporting adults through life transitions, complex PTSD, and narcissistic abuse, using evidence-based approaches such as CBT and DBT to promote healing, resilience, and personal growth.
I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel genuinely heard and understood.
My goal is to empower clients to navigate challenges with confidence and well-being.
First session
After our first session, you’ll feel heard and supported as we explore your challenges and goals and create a plan that promotes growth in a safe, open space.
Strengths
I combine professional training with personal experience to help clients recognize their strengths and create positive change.
Ideal clients
I help women navigate addictions, grief, and life transitions with a strengths-based approach that highlights inner resources, addresses challenges, and builds resilience. In a supportive, nonjudgmental space, we set clear goals, practice effective coping strategies, and foster personal growth and self-awareness. Together, we boost confidence, improve emotional well-being, and create practical tools to manage stress, strengthen relationships, and embrace life’s opportunities with clarity and purpose.
Origin story
I became a therapist because I enjoy helping people recognize their strengths and achieve their potential. My experiences have taught me patience, understanding, and insight into life’s challenges. I work to create a caring space where clients feel heard, valued, and motivated to make positive changes.
Ongoing work together
In future sessions, we will continue working toward your initial goals by tracking progress, addressing challenges, and acknowledging achievements. Therapy is a collaborative process where setbacks become learning opportunities, and I aim to create a supportive space for meaningful growth and lasting change.
Treatment methods
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use CBT to help you identify how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors influence one another. Together, we'll recognize unhelpful patterns, challenge beliefs that may be keeping you stuck, and develop healthier ways of thinking and coping so you can move toward your goals.
Dialectical Behavior (DBT)
I use DBT to help you develop skills for managing emotions, coping with stress, improving relationships, and staying present. Together, we'll work on balancing acceptance and change so that you can respond to life's challenges more effectively and build a life that feels meaningful to you.
Motivational Interviewing
Motivational Interviewing is a conversation style that helps people explore and strengthen their own reasons for making changes. Rather than telling you what to do, my role is to help you identify what matters to you, what you want to be different, and what's getting in the way."
