As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I have served a variety of populations with a passion for supporting law enforcement, first responders, military, medical professionals and their families. I have over 20 years of experience in service to adults and adolescents to improve their quality of life.

First session
In the first session we get introduced to one another. Discuss some history and current information. Explore together expectations of therapy and what each of us brings to this partnership. We will identify your desired outcomes and talk about a collaborative plan to get to work.

Exploring specifically your emotional intelligence and the role emotions play in your decision making.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
CBT informed Therapy will involve an intentional journey of understanding the thoughts and feelings that turn into actions. This may involve homework between sessions for practice and intentional review.
