Salutations, my name is Ginger. Do you feel lost, controlled by your thoughts, and feel like you just wish someone understood what you are going through? I work with individuals to understand how to work with their thoughts and stop letting the thoughts control them so that they control their thoughts. My key saying is "Change your thoughts, Change your reality." Together we will work together for you to understand and take charge of your life again. Therapy can be scary but it shouldn't be, it should be a safe space for you to share and process through life's ups and downs. Therapy is not a one size fits all it has to be tailored to the individual and together we will do this. I am merely a guide on your journey to assist you to be where or who you want to be. In the first session we are going to work on building rapport.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I enjoy working with 16 - 60-year-olds. I specialize in depression, anxiety, self-esteem, self-harm behaviors, trauma, suicidality, relationship issues, and work issues.

I have had a lot of success with the trauma therapy that I utilize as it restructured the 5 areas of the brain that are shifted when someone experiences trauma.

I use this to help individuals process through loss in their life.
