I’m Sarah, a millennial therapist, who loves a good romantasy book, mom to a few gremlins, and a chef in a past life (or at least that’s what I tell myself). I specialize in working with fellow millennial women, as well as older teens, navigating constant overthinking, anxiety, burn out, depression, challenges in life transitions and mom life, people-pleasing, & more! This space is yours if you’re the one who holds things together for others, and aren’t sure where to put your own feelings anymore. Because carrying it alone is exhausting (trust me, I KNOW) and you don’t have to, not anymore!

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our sessions, I show up as myself- direct, compassionate, and fully present. Cold, overly clinical work makes me cringe; I value authenticity and building a real therapeutic relationship instead. I’m not a blank slate therapist. I swear, I laugh, I cry & welcome you to do the same. This space is yours. Wear your PJs, bring your coffee, walk and talk, whatever helps you feel comfortable. You don’t need to show up any way other than exactly as you are.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I don’t believe therapy should be one-size-fits-all. I use an eclectic approach, which means I pull from different evidence-based methods and tailor sessions to you- your personality, your goals, and what you’re going through right now. That might look like: CBT to help untangle overthinking patterns and quiet the anxious inner dialogue Solution-Focused work to focus on what’s working and create small, realistic shifts Somatic approaches to help you tune into your body and release stress that’s been stored there Mindfulness to slow things down and build awareness without forcing positivity Person-Centered therapy to make sure you feel heard, respected, and supported—always Some days we’ll talk things through. Other days we’ll focus on grounding, noticing patterns, or building tools you can actually use in real life. Therapy with me is collaborative, flexible, and human because healing isn’t linear, and you don’t need to fit into a box to do meaningful work.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I enjoy working with children, individuals, and families. Some issues I have worked with are anxiety, depression, woman issues, anger management, life- transitions (e.g. school, relocations, physical illnesses), child adjustments, PTSD, and grief.

My treatment methods

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

I believe it's most important to meet people where they are at in order to deep dive into what are the current struggles and analyze how these problems have affected their lives. From there, we can explore the positives: strengths, values, self- compassion and tools to a healthy overall wellbeing.
