I am currently only accepting new clients via teletherapy. After attending therapy myself, I realized how convenient teletherapy was in reaching my goals and feeling a sense of ownership over my time with fewer stressors to contemplate my ability to succeed (i.e. accounting for traffic time or taking time off work). Seeking help should come with fewer barriers and I want to provide you with that same peace of mind. I view therapy through a holistic viewpoint, in which I use the mind and body to help you get to the wellness you deserve. I am trained as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and as a Prepare-Enrich facilitator.
