Mary Grant
As a compassionate person, I seek to do what I can for others. I am happy, mostly quiet, present, and open to new knowledge. In practice I avail myself to work through individuals' or couples' emotions and stressors. Have you ever feel stuck in cycles of worry, sadness, or conflict that leave you exhausted?
My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe, compassionate space where you can process and work through your stressors, feel understood, and begin moving toward emotional regulation, and improved relationships.
Whether it’s anxiety that won’t quiet down, depression that weighs you down, or relationship struggles that feel overwhelming, you don’t have to face these stressors alone. My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe, compassionate space where you can process and untangle what’s going on, feel understood, and begin moving toward the life and relationships you desire. I specialize in working with adults who are navigating anxiety disorders, mood disorders, life transitions ad stressors, and relationship challenges. In our work together, I use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you become the desires you you seek.
First session
New clients should expect having a space to be vulnerable at their own pace, sharing their needs, and just. Expect the therapist to foster active listening, compassion, respect and care.

In my sessions, I will help you to become more aware of who you are if you don't already know. I will motivate your victories, peace, and your joys. Origin story
I knew that I wanted to be of help to individuals since age 10, even though I didn't know what that might be. I first started out becoming an artist, fashion designing, visual art, interior designer, but something was still mission for the long term. I was introduced to psychology for a few years, then social work that lends me the most momentum towards peoples needs and struggles, creating a fixed desire to do what I can to help other in their real, true, hard, and sometimes mind bending situations. I have been practicing now for 15 years, and love every minutes of this awesome opportunity to serve. I am happy to serve.
