I'm Stephanie Paskievich, an LICSW and licensed School Adjustment Counselor with 20+ years of post-Master's experience in a variety of settings and with all ages and populations, specializing in the treatment of school-aged children and young adults. I believe in a strengths based, solution-focused and whole person approach to therapy. I join with my clients and their families as they move toward their goals.
In our first session, I'd love to review you and/or your child's background, current functioning, and most importantly, what brings you here today. We can set some goals and figure out how to measure our progress. Remember, it's YOUR time so you'll lead us where you want to go with your session-I'm here to partner with you and help you to get to your goals!
I love listening to my client's struggles and joining with them to enact positive change. I have a wealth of personal and professional experience that I bring to our sessions. I utilize the Hopscotch Play portal for engagement and goal tracking. I offer flexible and after school hours along with sessions as needed for crises or emergent issues. i have expertise in special education and can communicate with schools and other providers with a valid release.
I am open to servicing all clients no matter the age. I also have experience in couples and family work. My specialty is school aged children and young adults.
