I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California who supports adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from California State University, Los Angeles, and my Master’s degree in Social Work with a focus on Adult Mental Health and Wellness from the University of Southern California. I have experience working with clients ages 5 to 65 from diverse backgrounds and walks of life, with specialties in domestic violence, grief, and trauma. I provide a warm, empowering, and nonjudgmental space where clients can feel safe to explore their experiences. Using a blend of CBT, trauma-informed care, and solution-focused therapy, I help clients build practical coping skills, heal from past experiences, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and creating a space where you feel comfortable and heard. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, your goals, and any challenges you’ve been facing. I’ll ask some questions to better understand your experiences, but you are always in control of what you share and at what pace. Together, we’ll begin identifying helpful tools and outline a plan that feels supportive and aligned with your needs.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strengths include creating a warm, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe to be themselves, while also providing practical, solution-focused support. I integrate CBT, trauma-informed care, and strengths-based approaches to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. With experience in domestic violence, childhood trauma, anxiety, and depression, I am skilled at helping clients build resilience, develop healthy coping strategies, and make meaningful, lasting changes in their lives.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with adults and older adults who are ready to create meaningful change in their lives. Navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or life transitions alone can be difficult. My clients are often motivated to better understand themselves, build healthier coping skills, and move toward a more balanced life. Together we focus on practical solution, emotional healing, and building resilience at a pace that feels safe and collaborative.
