A discussion of needs and goals of therapy. This writer will assess appropriate interventions and identify barriers to care. This writer will provide background and experience, discuss confidentiality and its limitations, this writer will discuss informed consent, and self-determination. This writer will set up a schedule, discuss payment options, either through insurance or self-pay. This writer will discuss no-shows and fees.
