Nice to meet you! I am Krystle Landes, a Licensed Professional Counselor supporting clients in the state of Texas and Virginia. I strive to provide a safe and secure space to allow you to process through growth, ruptures and work towards your identified transformation.
As your therapist, I welcome the opportunity to join you on this "walk." I also know the journey it takes to even be here reading my profile because I did the same 10+ years ago.
The therapy journey is unique to you and even though I ground my work in theory, I recognize that there is no cookie cutter approach to facilitating change and understanding. I tailor my approach to your strengths and areas of growth in the context of your unique circumstances and goals. We are in this together and I am honored to walk alongside your journey.
First session
We will walk through learning to understand your world, self and others during all times of your life. Initially we will discuss what brought you to me and many areas of your life to help me understand you as a whole being. Progress looks different and our goal will be to find what fits your lifestyle in the most meaningful way.

Ideal clients
I have worked with clients over the past 8 years in areas of anxiety, depression, trauma, relational rupture and repair, and behavioral issues with individuals, families and couples. During our first sessions we will be working to get to know one another because it is important for me to not only get to know you but vice versa. We will work create, implement and assess goals throughout.
