Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counsellor (LPC) based in Georgia. I also am licensed in the states of Alabama, Florida, and South Carolina. I help individuals struggling with stress, family dynamics, and life transitions become the best versions of themselves.
Having worked with individuals who strongly desire to improve, I use evidence-based interventions to (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.
I also provide couples counseling to those who are struggling with communication, trust, and intimacy. Many people enjoy coming to me to address spirituality and faith matters.
First session
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into background information about you and your reasons for desiring therapy. Next, we discuss your personal strengths, and what has been working for you. Finally, we will wrap up with your specific goals for therapy. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment
I use a variety of techniques and questions to demonstrate clients' strengths, resources, and desires. I focus on what is already working in a client's life, and how things will look when they are better leaving more room for solutions to arrive.
