With 10 years of experience in the mental health field, I provide a professional, safe, and supportive space for adults dealing with anxiety, depression, and complex life transitions. My focus is helping individuals overcome emotional distress while safely working through the unique obstacles that are holding them back. I am dedicated to helping my clients identify the root causes of their presenting problems, moving beyond surface-level symptoms to achieve meaningful, long-term insight.

First session

The initial session is focused on creating a roadmap to your treatment plan. We will review intake paperwork, discuss limits and expectations of treatment such as confidentiality boundaries, necessary assessments, informed consent and scheduling. Review the therapeutic process and discuss the primary stressors and reason for seeking therapy. Ensure we are a strong therapeutic match and collaboratively explore treatment goals.

Strengths

My goal is to equip you with practical tools tailored to your unique needs to not only manage your current life situations but to foster a deeper sense of empowerment and perspective. Using a blend of CBT, DBT, and Solution-focused techniques, I work with you to gain perspective, find peace, and empower yourself through life's transitions. Whether you are seeking resolution or acceptance, I am her to support your journey. Together, we will transform your challenges into opportunities for growth and lasting peace.

Ideal clients

My ideal client is insight-oriented, collaborative, and ready to explore how systemic patterns influence their current struggles. Together, we create a supportive space that honors and respects your personal identity while simultaneously addressing and improving your relational health. While working through a complex life transition the therapeutic process can help with surviving the immediate situation and also promotes optimizing long-term outcomes.

Treatment methods

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

I utilize DBT by teaching clients the necessary coping skills to effectively manage crisis situations and navigate day-to-day emotional dysregulation by being mindful and change ineffective behaviors.
