Hi there, I'm Asha. I'm both a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) as well as certified in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMH-C). I am currently accepting clients for teletherapy sessions where I provide EMDR and psychotherapy. I also provide EMDR intensives.

First session
Our first session is all about meeting each other, building rapport and discussing what's going on in your life that brought you to me. We will go over intake questions and schedule for our next session before you leave from intake
Strengths
Providing EMDR, working with parents whether grieving, expecting and/or currently parenting while simultaneously experiencing symptoms of mental health disorders is my niche. However, I am also well seasoned with complex trauma, depression, anxiety and bipolar disorder. EMDR intensives are my favorite, ask me about them!!
