I offer a warm, supportive space for people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves. As a Marine Corps veteran, I bring deep respect for resilience, lived experience, and the courage it takes to seek support. My work is compassionate, collaborative, and paced to honor your nervous system, your story, and your goals. I support clients in building self-trust, emotional resilience, and clarity, while gently releasing patterns that no longer serve them. I also provide integration support for clients processing psychedelic or altered-state experiences, helping translate insight into grounded, sustainable change in daily life.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session is a chance to get to know each other and clarify what brings you in. We’ll explore your goals, current challenges, and any past experiences that feel relevant, including integration needs if applicable. Together, we’ll identify a clear direction for our work and what support feels most helpful right now.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strengths are presence, attunement, and the ability to help clients make sense of complex emotional and internal experiences. I bring a trauma-informed, nervous-system-aware approach to both traditional therapy and psychedelic integration work, supporting clients in turning insight into clarity, stability, and lasting change.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with clients who are reflective, curious, and seeking meaningful inner change. You may be navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, relationship patterns, or integrating psychedelic or non-ordinary experiences. My approach is warm, authentic, intuitive, and grounded, with space for humor, honesty, self-trust, and the deeper work needed to create lasting change and embodied healing in your daily life.

My treatment methods

Attachment-based

**Attachment-based** My attachment-based approach explores how early relationships and life experiences may shape a client’s sense of safety, self-worth, trust, and connection with others. I help clients notice relational patterns with compassion, including fears of abandonment, people-pleasing, emotional distancing, or difficulty feeling secure. Together, we work toward building greater self-trust, emotional safety, and healthier ways of relating to self and others.

Hypnotherapy

My approach to hypnotherapy is gentle, collaborative, and grounded in nervous system safety. I may use relaxation, guided imagery, focused attention, or trance-informed techniques to help clients access inner resources, shift limiting beliefs, and create a deeper sense of calm and self-connection. I do not use hypnosis as a way to control or direct a client, but as a supportive tool to help clients connect with their own insight, healing, and capacity for change.

Eclectic

My eclectic approach means I draw from multiple therapeutic methods based on each client’s needs, goals, nervous system, and lived experience. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all model, I integrate supportive, insight-oriented, experiential, attachment-based, mindfulness-based, and somatic-informed tools when appropriate. This allows therapy to feel personalized, collaborative, and responsive to what is most supportive for the client in the moment.

Existential

My existential approach supports clients in exploring meaning, identity, freedom, grief, uncertainty, purpose, and the deeper questions that often arise during life transitions or periods of emotional pain. I help clients make space for the complexity of being human while reconnecting with their values, choices, and sense of inner truth. This approach can be especially helpful for clients who feel disconnected, stuck, or are questioning who they are and how they want to live.

Experiential Therapy

My experiential approach helps clients move beyond simply talking about their experiences and into deeper emotional awareness, embodiment, and present-moment processing. I may invite clients to notice sensations, emotions, images, parts of self, or inner responses as they arise in session. This approach supports clients in accessing insight, processing emotions, and integrating change in a way that feels more felt, grounded, and connected.
