Treatment methods
Prolonged Exposure Therapy
Prolonged exposure therapy is for clients who are diagnosed with PTSD and have current symptoms affecting their lives. It includes imaginal exposures and in VIVO exposures of traumatic events.
Cognitive Processing (CPT)
CPT is Fort clients who have difficulties with trauma. This treatment method identifies thinking distortions/beliefs, and how to challenge them.
Dialectical Behavior (DBT)
DBT is a treatment method that teaches skills for emotional regulation, crisis management, and in a personal effectiveness.
Schema Therapy
Schema therapy helps clients identify maladaptive childhood schemas and behaviors that can cause issues in one’s life.
