Over the decade, my heart and my work have taken me into many different spaces, giving me a deep understanding of the diverse challenges life can bring. My goal is to create a warm, completely non-judgmental environment where you feel truly seen, heard, and safe.
I really look forward to hearing your story, understanding your unique needs, and figuring out how we can work together to help you thrive. When you feel ready, please check out my Grow Therapy Profile to see my open timeslots. Let's take that next step together!
First session
During the first session, we will get to know each other a little better and focus our discussion on what brought you to seek treatment/help. I firmly believe that you are the expert on your own life. My goal is to create a warm, completely non-judgmental environment where you feel truly seen, heard, and safe. Together, we will weave together a few different approaches tailored just for you
Strengths
I firmly believe that you are the expert on your own life. My goal is to create a warm, completely non-judgmental environment where you feel truly seen, heard, and safe. Together, we will weave together a few different approaches tailored just for you: • Person-Centered Therapy: Ensuring you always feel deeply valued, respected, and accepted exactly as you are today. • Mindfulness: Helping you find a sense of calm, learn to breathe through the storm, and stay grounded in the present moment. • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): Gently exploring and reshaping the unhelpful thought patterns that might be keeping you feeling stuck.
Ideal clients
Clients who are seeking therapy should come with their goals in mind, knowing what they want to work on together. They should be open to speaking, even about the difficult things that are going on in their lives. Clients should be treatment focused, not in therapy to please anyone else but themselves. Together we will set a treatment plan which works for the client, focusing on the goals they hope to achieve.
Treatment methods
Person-centered (Rogerian)
Every person has an innate drive and capacity to grow, heal, and reach their full potential. By using person-centered therapy, the client leads the direction, pace, and topics of each session rather than viewing the therapist as an authority figure who diagnoses or fixes problems.
