I've been a clinician for over 25 years, providing evidence-based clinical counseling and clinical hypnosis to those impacted by grief and loss, life changing events, relationship issues, anxiety and stress. I have worked with children, adolescents and adults and specialize in Military and family life issues. We all struggle sometimes. I like to help you build a self help toolbox to cope when life presents us with unexpected situations or events. My goal is to help you help yourself, but also know when to reach out for help if you need to. I want to humanize and normalize situations and events that set us back a bit. I provide a safe place to share difficult situations without judgement. You matter!
Our first session will be rapport building and information gathering. Learning what you hope to walk away with and giving you tools to address and conquer your concerns.
We all carry a subconscious filing cabinet filled with experiences, beliefs, and messages collected throughout our lives. Some of those files strengthen us, while others contain fear, criticism, and self-doubt. Growth begins when we intentionally review those files, discard what no longer serves us, and replace limiting beliefs with thoughts that encourage strength, joy, purpose, and possibility. Through empathy, understanding, and awareness, we can help ourselves and others create healthier patterns of thinking and living.
